SIMRA is an integrative energy healing technique that blends the precision of Prananadi, the universal flow of Reiki, and the cosmic alignment of The Reconnection. It works on multiple levels: energetic, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and ancestral.
The name "SIMRA" was given by its founder, Aurora Sitarus, after a profound spiritual journey through Tibet. Aurora was initiated by Tibetan monks and received the highest level of Prananadi directly under the spiritual blessing of the Dalai Lama. Upon returning to Romania, she founded the SIMRA School a sacred lineage of transformational healing.
The Lineage
I am honored to have been one of Aurora's four primary disciples. Under her guidance, I became the youngest SIMRA Master in the world, completing the path of initiation while integrating the knowledge of psychology, trauma healing, and coaching. My mission is to continue her legacy with both reverence and innovation.
